Service Agreement/Contract

This Service Agreement (Group Coaching Program) is entered into as of [Date], by and between Ausome Life Institute ("Provider") and [{{ First_name }}]  ("Client").

• • Services Provided:
    1. Autism: Unlock the SECRETS to being an Ausome Parent
       • Description: A supportive program offering clear guidance, community access, course materials, guest speakers, and continuous updates to help parents navigate the challenges of raising an autistic child.
    Fees and Payment:
    • Autism: Unlock the SECRETS to being an Ausome Parent: $27.00 USD every month
    Payment is due upon enrollment for the entire program fee or monthly for membership plans. Payments can be made via card and PayPal.This Agreement will commence on the effective date and will continue until the completion of the services, unless terminated earlier by either party in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 7 days written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, Client shall remain liable for any fees incurred prior to termination.Client is entitled to a full refund if the services provided do not meet their expectations or if the system does not work for them. This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.Client agrees to actively participate in the program, complete all assignments and activities as required, and communicate openly and honestly with Provider.Provider agrees to deliver high-quality coaching and support as outlined in this Agreement, communicate regularly with Client, and maintain the confidentiality of Client information.This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
